About BMCS

BMCS was set up in 1988. Our staff are all highly experienced surveyors, often themselves having run successful practices.

We have ISO 9001 Quality Assurance registrations, and are a member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

BMCS is one of the foremost General Practices in North West London. Having been in the property business and under the same control for nearly 30 years, we have built up an expertise in a wide variety of property matters – in particular Building Surveying, Expert Witness and Landlord & Tennant issues.

We pride ourselves on understanding and following a client’s brief on a cost-effective and efficient basis. We put ourselves in the client’s shoes and treat instructions as if they were on our own properties. We resource an instruction to ensure we achieve the client’s goals and expectations.
